V.io Visitor Manager allows for easy phone registration and tracking of visitors and guests in any facility. The process is simple: Gather visitor information, and check them in. Check them out when they leave your facility.
V.io also allows for an accurate snapshot of all visitors that are currently visiting (on-site) at any given moment. In the event of an emergency or evacuation, this information can be critical to your organization’s security.
You can go back and run register at a later time, giving you access to all of the data you need about everybody that visited your facility on any given date.
You can also export the visitor information as CSV file and use it with any external tools.
